Scheduling Appointments

Successful orthodontic treatment must be regarded as a family endeavor. For the next few years your family plans must be tempered with consideration for adequate maintenance of your child's orthodontic appliances. Patients are seen in 6 to 8 week intervals during treatment. During the retention phase of treatment patients are seen for a period of six months to ensure successful treatment.

Routine adjustment appointments will vary from 15 - 30 minutes long depending on procedures used during the visit. Longer appointments, to correct broken appliances or address an emergency are scheduled during school hours. If the schedule is heavy and there has been several emergencies during the day we may be able to do only the routine adjustment and may have to schedule another appointment to do the longer adjustment or appliance repair.

Please make every effort to keep scheduled appointments. If an excessive number of appointments are missed or if we do not see your child for a long interval of time, his/her treatment will be significantly extended. Appointments canceled without 48 hours notice are subject to a broken appointment fee.

Our office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday.
The office closes for lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
